4. Account Registration & Security

Each individual may hold only one (1) Account on the Platform. 4.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your username and password. You must notify wi1win support immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorized use of your Account.

4.4 Account Suspension and Termination

wi1win reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account at its discretion, with or without prior notice, in the event of: (a) a breach or suspected breach of these Terms; (b) failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable period; (c) fraudulent, abusive, or criminal activity; or (d) a request from a regulatory authority. Upon termination, any real-money Balance remaining in the Account (excluding Bonus Funds) will be returned to the Player via the original payment method, subject to KYC verification and applicable investigations being completed.

6. Withdrawals

6.1 Processing Times

wi1win processes GCash and Maya withdrawal requests for fully verified Accounts within thirty (30) minutes during normal operating hours. Bank transfer withdrawals via InstaPay are typically completed within five (5) to thirty (30) minutes. Processing times may be extended during periods of high transaction volume or where additional verification is required.

6.2 Withdrawal Conditions

7.4 Expiry

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, wi1win shall not be liable for: (a) any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses, including loss of profits, arising from your use of the Platform; (b) losses resulting from your failure to comply with these Terms; (c) losses resulting from technical malfunctions outside wi1win's reasonable control; or (d) losses arising from the actions of third-party payment processors. wi1win's aggregate liability to any Player in connection with any claim arising from these Terms shall not exceed the total real-money deposits made by that Player to their Account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

12. Amendments & Governing Law

12.1 Amendments

wi1win reserves the right to amend, modify, or update these Terms at any time. The invalid provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable while preserving the original intent of the parties.

12.4 Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with the wi1win Privacy Policy and any game-specific rules published on the Platform, constitute the entire agreement between you and wi1win with respect to your use of the Platform and supersede all prior agreements, representations, and understandings between the parties relating to that subject matter.
